The hotel had VERY clean, modern rooms. I appreciated the spacious layout. A proper hairdryer was included, a thoughtful touch. The location provided convenient access to attractions.
The gym was a bit small. A slight inconvenience.

the shower was very nice. i found the free coffee and tea very welcome. the lemon and lime infused water was appreciated too.
the room smelled damp on arrival and . i was woken up at 6.30am due to loud noise in reception. the finish of the room is poor and needs redecorating , there are marks all over the walls.

i found the staff friendly , meeting my requests quickly. the room was beautiful , offering a comfortable space. i particularly appreciated the usb lights for charging phones , convenient without adapters. the water filling station was also a nice touch , quite useful.
the air conditioning felt ineffective at night , located behind the curtains. this made temperature control a bit difficult. i wish they could relocate it.
