some issues dampened the stay

damp smell unfinished areas

The room smelled damp upon arrival. it persisted throughout my stay. i was woken up early both mornings by loud noises and staff talking loudly in reception. A terrible alarm clock, i must say. the overall finish of the room is poor and definitely needs redecorating. marks covered the walls, and some areas looked unfinished. not the experience i was hoping for.

The hotel had VERY clean, modern rooms. I appreciated the spacious layout. A proper hairdryer was included, a thoughtful touch. The location provided convenient access to attractions.

The gym was a bit small. A slight inconvenience.

i found the staff friendly , meeting my requests quickly. the room was beautiful , offering a comfortable space. i particularly appreciated the usb lights for charging phones , convenient without adapters. the water filling station was also a nice touch , quite useful.

the air conditioning felt ineffective at night , located behind the curtains. this made temperature control a bit difficult. i wish they could relocate it.
